Okay.  You guys might be wondering what this is but there are certain seeds you should be eating!  Seeds are super rich in nutrients and fiber and are great for your skin and health. They can help you in losing weight and keep heart diseases & accumulation of LDL cholesterol in check. A friend of mine recently introduced me to eating healthy seeds to deal with my daily health and immunity. There are more than five but here I'm gonna talk about five seeds which I consumed religiously for a month and I can totally feel the difference.
