Image
Okay.  You guys might be wondering what this is but there are certain seeds you should be eating!  Seeds are super rich in nutrients and fiber and are great for your skin and health. They can help you in losing weight and keep heart diseases & accumulation of LDL cholesterol in check. A friend of mine recently introduced me to eating healthy seeds to deal with my daily health and immunity. There are more than five but here I'm gonna talk about five seeds which I consumed religiously for a month and I can totally feel the difference. This made me anxious about writing a blog post and to share the same with you guys. Yeah, they are super healthy and most of us ain't eating any of them. What I did was, I purchased the seeds, mixed them well in the desired proportion and crushed them in a fine powder. ( Best way is to eat the variety. ) I stored the same in a jar and consumed a spoon of that powder daily with my breakfast or before going to bed. You can also ad...

#Blogpost 14- Effortlessness of the jumpsuit.

Image
Jane Shepherdson, CEO of Whistles and general oracle of what women want to wear says, "A jumpsuit successfully combines elegance and effortlessness – two very hard things to carry off, and the perfect combination for event dressing." The jumpsuit is something to slip on and forget about.  This one is about the most popular, cool and forever classic jumpsuits.  Firstly, let's start with differentiating between jumpsuit and rompers. A  jumpsuit   is usually long sleeves-long pants, a playsuit is long sleeves-short pants, and   " romper " and "playsuit" are sometimes interchangeable. When it comes to playsuits, some styles may look like lingerie and some may look a little sportier. Like jumpsuits, you can wear them for both informal and formal occasion . "They make an outfit in one, which makes life easy." When you put it like that, it's a no-brainer – and proof that fashion was right after all. Reasons why you should...

#Blogpost 11- Smelling positivity with Sugandhco.

Image
There are various things we Lucknowites are proud about and one of them is Sugandhco . Fragrances and exotic itar have always been an integral part of Oudh's culture.  The credit for patronizing and popularizing the perfumery in Lucknow goes to the Nawabs of Oudh, particularly to Nawab Wajid Ali Shah. In 1850's, when the itar industry was in the doldrums, Mr. Chhunnamal Vijayvergiya initiated a perfumery business in Lucknow, that would reach the masses. Smell that represents our culture and elegance. This initiative took place in 1980 with Sugandhco and in no time these innovative blends came into high demand.  The fragrances created here are of high quality. They fuse the traditional knowledge of perfumery into modern trends serving us with some great smells to flatter. The process employed to extract itar is still age old. Simply explained, itar is the pure extract of flowers in sandalwood oil. It forms an ideal base for perfumes as, during distillation,...
