#Blogpost 12- Personal care and Skincare with Himalaya's

Ayurveda or the 'science longevity' is the system of nature cure. It is known to promote positive health, natural beauty, and long life. It's the oldest school of medicine in the world and Arabic and Western medicine system have been developed after it. Its an ancient system of life (Ayur) knowledge (Veda) arising in India thousands of years ago.

1- Himalaya herbals purifying neem face wash- 

This was my first face wash. It works wonders for oily and acne prone skin with a blend of neem and haldi. 

Its just perfect and many of you will agree on this one.

2- Himalaya revitalizing night cream- 

This is the best night cream to start with. The quality they're offering at this price is commendable. Being super light and nourishing, it's a definite addition to your night skincare regime. This one has a perfect combination of essential oils and minerals. It also lightens the pigmentation and repairs damaged cells.

3- Himalaya herbals under eye cream- 

Before rushing to those luxurious brands, try this! This helps to lighten and tighten the skin under your eyes. It gradually reduces dark circles and fine lines. Use it during the night time and give your eyes some relief. For your dark circles and better eye contour, this does magic.

 4- Himalaya moisturizing Aloe Vera facial wipes-

Refreshing, hydrating and cleaning your skin at the same time, go for these facial wipes. 

Your handbag needs them!

5- Himalaya herbals protein hair cream- 

Haven't thought of using a hair cream before trying this. It gives nourishment to your hair and also promotes hair growth. It is made up of some natural protein ingredients like chickpea and Amla and acts best for dull and damaged hair. The best way is to apply the cream gently over the scalp before and after shampooing.

6- Himalaya herbals gentle exfoliating apricot scrub- 
Crabapple, wheat germ oil and apricot seed powder are its key ingredients. This one has some great exfoliating properties and helps in removing dead cells and to unclog your skin pores. Scrub your face after every two days for better results. Being dermatologically tested and non- comedogenic, it is the best everyday scrub to rely on.

7- Himalaya herbals nourishing skin cream- 

The cream gives all day nourishment to your skin. It's generally suited for all skin types. Curated with natural ingredients, it hydrates and protects your skin from pollution. You can also use this one as your makeup base to moisturize your face.

8- Himalaya herbals footcare cream- 

Soft and healthy feet is what we all need. Your feet deserve some extra care from all the dust, pollutants and sun exposure. Himalayas footcare cream gives you your soft feet and the difference is visible within a week.
Clean your feet with lukewarm water followed by gently scrubbing them. Pat dry and apply the cream as and when possible.

9- Himalaya stress relief massage oil- 

This one is a perfect massage oil to relax your skin and muscles. Gently massage your body and leave it for 10-15 minutes before bath. 

It is like your personal relief therapy at home.

10- Party smart capsules-
