#Blogpost 8- Various problems,one solution- Aloe Vera!

This blog post is about this genius plant species which is everything you need to have for a glowing skin, hair and good health.Various researchers and facts have already proved the best from Aloe Vera.
I have personally included Aloe Vera in my daily intakes by different means and trust me, results are too good. I thought of sharing some with you.
Take some raw Aloe Vera juice and pulp from the plant or you can also use various Aloe Vera gels available for your daily skincare and haircare routine. Drinking Aloe Vera juice on a daily basis is a cherry on the pie. Drink a cup of aloe vera juice daily or you can also dilute the same if you want. Just drink it, remembering its benefits and ignore the taste but generally, Aloe Vera has a neutral taste.
Aloe Vera being super rich in minerals and vitamins is beneficial for skin brightening and acne issues, hair textures and growth, sun tanning, detoxifying, weight loss, cholesterol and blood sugar, increasing your mineral and vitamin intake, digestion, joint pains etc.

Aloe Vera can be used for toning, scrubbing, moisturizing, cleansing etcYou can also use the aloe Vera gel as a primer or as a makeup removal and natural skin cleanser. Apply Aloe Vera all over your face and clean it after few seconds with cotton and water. You can use it as a scrubber with sugar and rice flour. for toning, add a little rose water and mineral water with Aloe Vera gel. Use it to moisturize your skin as it increases its water content.

Aloe Vera is multipurpose for hair as well. You can make a hair mask with Aloe Vera gel, honey, curd, lemon juice and oil (for dry hair). Apply overnight and wash your hair the next day and here you have your shiny soft hair! Use some as a hair conditioner or you can also use it as a hair spray mixing it with water and storing it in a spray bottle in the refrigerator for a week or so. Aloe Vera helps your hair with dandruff, split ends, rough and frizzy hair, hair growth etc.
You can also make various natural face packs with Aloe Vera mixing it with cucumber paste, rosewater, your favourite fruit pulps, multani mitti, honey, oil(for dry skin) etc. For dry and sensitive skin, you can add a oatmeal, sandal and multan mitti, milk etc with the gel. For anti-ageing, mix the cucumber pulp and Aloe Vera gel with green tea as both of them are rich antioxidants. Apply Aloe Vera gel with lemon and turmeric for skin brightening.

Every next thing has Aloe Vera in their composition and the reason is obvious. Whether it is a cut or a burn, dry skin or skin irritation, I simply rush for Aloe Vera! Other important thing to conclude, its helpful in your weight loss!
Go for it and make it your best friend ! For any help or suggestions, you can always write to me.
