#Blogpost 17- Munch some seeds for better nutrition and health.

Okay.  You guys might be wondering what this is but there are certain seeds you should be eating!  Seeds are super rich in nutrients and fiber and are great for your skin and health. They can help you in losing weight and keep heart diseases & accumulation of LDL cholesterol in check. A friend of mine recently introduced me to eating healthy seeds to deal with my daily health and immunity. There are more than five but here I'm gonna talk about five seeds which I consumed religiously for a month and I can totally feel the difference. This made me anxious about writing a blog post and to share the same with you guys. Yeah, they are super healthy and most of us ain't eating any of them. What I did was, I purchased the seeds, mixed them well in the desired proportion and crushed them in a fine powder.
